وَلَقَدۡ نَجَّيۡنَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡمُهِينِ [٣٠]
我确已使以色列的后裔摆脱了凌辱的刑罚--
