يَتَجَرَّعُهُۥ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُسِيغُهُۥ وَيَأۡتِيهِ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٖ وَمَا هُوَ بِمَيِّتٖۖ وَمِن وَرَآئِهِۦ عَذَابٌ غَلِيظٞ [١٧]
一口一口地饮，几乎咽不下去。死亡将从各处降临他，但他永不会死。在那种刑罚之后，还有严峻的刑罚。
