Surah Council, Consultation [Ash-Shura] Ayah 53 Location Maccah Number 42
لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ [١٢]
天地的宝藏，只是他的；他欲使谁的给养宽裕，就使他宽裕；〔欲使谁的给养窘迫〕，就使他窘迫；他是全知万物的。
