وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ [١٨]
他是在他的众仆之上统管的。他是至睿的，是彻知的。
