Surah The Overthrowing [At-Takwir] Ayah 29 Location Maccah Number 81
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ [٢٩]
你们不欲〔循规蹈矩〕，除非安拉——众世界的养主——意欲的时候。
