يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
21. Hij straft wie Hij wil en Hij toont genade aan wie Hij wil en tot Hem zullen jullie terugkeren.
