Surah The Romans [Ar-Room] Ayah 60 Location Maccah Number 30
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي يُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابٗا فَيَبۡسُطُهُۥ فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ كَيۡفَ يَشَآءُ وَيَجۡعَلُهُۥ كِسَفٗا فَتَرَى ٱلۡوَدۡقَ يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ خِلَٰلِهِۦۖ فَإِذَآ أَصَابَ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦٓ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡتَبۡشِرُونَ [٤٨]
48. Allah is Degene Die de winden stuurt, zodat zij wolken verzamelen en hen over de hemel verdelen zoals Hij wilt en hen dan in delen opbreekt, tot jullie uit hun midden regendruppels zien voortkomen! Dan als Hij ze op de dienaren die Hij wilt laat vallen, zie! Zij verheugen zich!
