Surah The Prophets [Al-Anbiya] Ayah 112 Location Maccah Number 21
لَا يَسۡبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُم بِأَمۡرِهِۦ يَعۡمَلُونَ [٢٧]
(27) They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
