تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ [٢]
(2) The revelation of the Book is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
