Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
وَإِذۡ جَعَلۡنَا ٱلۡبَيۡتَ مَثَابَةٗ لِّلنَّاسِ وَأَمۡنٗا وَٱتَّخِذُواْ مِن مَّقَامِ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمَ مُصَلّٗىۖ وَعَهِدۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمَ وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَ أَن طَهِّرَا بَيۡتِيَ لِلطَّآئِفِينَ وَٱلۡعَٰكِفِينَ وَٱلرُّكَّعِ ٱلسُّجُودِ [١٢٥]
125. Et quand Nous fîmes de la Maison (la Kaâba) un lieu de rassemblement pour les gens et un asile de paix… Prenez donc la station d’Abraham pour lieu de prière. Et Nous confiâmes à Abraham et Ismaël : « Purifiez donc Ma Maison pour ceux qui y accomplissent la circumambulation rituelle (ta’ifîn) et (s’y adonnent à) la retraite pieuse (‘akifîn), et ceux qui s’y inclinent et ceux qui s’y prosternent. »
