يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
21. Il soumet à Son supplice qui Il veut, et accueille dans Sa miséricorde qui Il veut. Et c’est vers Lui que vous serez ramenés.
