Surah The cattle [Al-Anaam] Ayah 165 Location Maccah Number 6
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٍ أَكَٰبِرَ مُجۡرِمِيهَا لِيَمۡكُرُواْ فِيهَاۖ وَمَا يَمۡكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ [١٢٣]
123. Ainsi (également) avons-Nous établi dans chaque cité ses plus grands criminels afin qu’ils se livrent à leurs conspirations. Mais ils ne conspirent que contre eux-mêmes et ils ne le sentent pas.
