Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُبۡطِلُواْ صَدَقَٰتِكُم بِٱلۡمَنِّ وَٱلۡأَذَىٰ كَٱلَّذِي يُنفِقُ مَالَهُۥ رِئَآءَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۖ فَمَثَلُهُۥ كَمَثَلِ صَفۡوَانٍ عَلَيۡهِ تُرَابٞ فَأَصَابَهُۥ وَابِلٞ فَتَرَكَهُۥ صَلۡدٗاۖ لَّا يَقۡدِرُونَ عَلَىٰ شَيۡءٖ مِّمَّا كَسَبُواْۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ [٢٦٤]
264 Vous qui croyez ! N’annulez pas vos aumônes par un rappel désobligeant ou des propos blessants, comme celui qui offre ses biens ostensiblement sans même croire en Allah et au Jour dernier. Ses œuvres sont à l’image de la terre qui recouvre un rocher qu’une averse vient balayer, le mettant à nu, il n’en trouvera aucune trace le Jour de la résurrection. Allah ne saurait guider les mécréants.
