Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
إِن تُبۡدُواْ ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ فَنِعِمَّا هِيَۖ وَإِن تُخۡفُوهَا وَتُؤۡتُوهَا ٱلۡفُقَرَآءَ فَهُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡۚ وَيُكَفِّرُ عَنكُم مِّن سَيِّـَٔاتِكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٞ [٢٧١]
271 Faire l’aumône publiquement est déjà une bonne chose, mais il est préférable de donner aux pauvres en toute discrétion. Allah, qui est parfaitement informé de ce que vous faites, effacera ainsi une partie de vos péchés.
