يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
21 Il inflige Son châtiment à qui Il veut et, par miséricorde, pardonne à qui Il veut. C’est à Lui que vous serez ramenés.
