Surah Council, Consultation [Ash-Shura] Ayah 53 Location Maccah Number 42
۞ وَلَوۡ بَسَطَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِعِبَادِهِۦ لَبَغَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَٰكِن يُنَزِّلُ بِقَدَرٖ مَّا يَشَآءُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرُۢ بَصِيرٞ [٢٧]
27 Si Allah comblait Ses créatures de Ses faveurs, celles-ci se livreraient aux pires excès sur terre, mais Il leur accorde ce qu’Il veut avec mesure. Il connaît et voit si bien Ses serviteurs.
