Surah She that is to be examined [Al-Mumtahina] Ayah 13 Location Madanah Number 60
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتُ يُبَايِعۡنَكَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن لَّا يُشۡرِكۡنَ بِٱللَّهِ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يَسۡرِقۡنَ وَلَا يَزۡنِينَ وَلَا يَقۡتُلۡنَ أَوۡلَٰدَهُنَّ وَلَا يَأۡتِينَ بِبُهۡتَٰنٖ يَفۡتَرِينَهُۥ بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيهِنَّ وَأَرۡجُلِهِنَّ وَلَا يَعۡصِينَكَ فِي مَعۡرُوفٖ فَبَايِعۡهُنَّ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَهُنَّ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ [١٢]
12 Prophète ! Lorsque les croyantes viennent s’engager devant toi à ne point associer de fausses divinités à Allah, à ne point voler, à fuir le péché de la chair, à ne point tuer leurs enfants, à ne point attribuer à leurs maris des enfants qui ne sont pas les leurs et à ne transgresser aucun de tes ordres, alors reçois leur allégeance et implore pour elles le pardon d’Allah. Allah est Très Clément et Très Miséricordieux.
