يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
Er straft, wen Er will, und Er erbarmt Sich, wessen Er will. Und zu Ihm werdet ihr zurückgebracht.
