يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
वह जिसे चाहता है, दंड देता है और जिसपर चाहता है दया करता है, और तुम उसी की ओर लौटाए जाओगे।
