وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَيۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُواْ وَيَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ [٢٨]
तथा वही है जो बारिश बरसाता है, इसके बाद कि वे निराश हो चुके होते हैं और अपनी दया फैला[25] देता है और वही संरक्षक, सराहनीय है।
