Surah The winnowing winds [Adh-Dhariyat] Ayah 60 Location Maccah Number 51
وَفِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ [١٩]
また彼らの財産の内には、（他人に施しを）求める者にも、（それを）禁じられた者[1]にも、（与えることを決めた）権利があった。
