يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
താന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരെ അവന് ശിക്ഷിക്കുകയും, താന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരോട് അവന് കരുണ കാണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവങ്കലേക്ക് തന്നെ നിങ്ങള് തിരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുവരപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും.
