Surah The cattle [Al-Anaam] Ayah 165 Location Maccah Number 6
قَدۡ خَسِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَتَلُوٓاْ أَوۡلَٰدَهُمۡ سَفَهَۢا بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖ وَحَرَّمُواْ مَا رَزَقَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱفۡتِرَآءً عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ قَدۡ ضَلُّواْ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهۡتَدِينَ [١٤٠]
كسانى كه از روى [جهل و] بى‌خردى، فرزندان خود را [از ترس فقر] كشتند و با دروغ بستن به الله، آنچه را که الله روزی‌شان كرده بود [بر خود] حرام دانستند، سخت زیان كردند. بی‌تردید، آنان گمراه شدند و هدایت‌یافته نبودند.
