Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ [٤٥]
E implorai ajuda, com a paciência e a oração. E por certo, esta oração é bem penosa, exceto para os humildes,
