Surah The cattle [Al-Anaam] Ayah 165 Location Maccah Number 6
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٍ أَكَٰبِرَ مُجۡرِمِيهَا لِيَمۡكُرُواْ فِيهَاۖ وَمَا يَمۡكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ [١٢٣]
E, assim, fizemos, em cada cidade, próceres de seus criminosos para nela usarem de estratagemas. E não usam de estratagemas senão contra si mesmos, e não percebem.
