تَنزِيلٗا مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلۡعُلَى [٤]
4਼ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ (.ਕੁਰਆਨ) ਦਾ ਉਤਾਰਨਾ ਉਸ ਜ਼ਾਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਚੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
