Surah Qaf [Qaf] Ayah 45 Location Maccah Number 50
فَٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ قَبۡلَ طُلُوعِ ٱلشَّمۡسِ وَقَبۡلَ ٱلۡغُرُوبِ [٣٩]
ਸੋ ਹੇ ਨਬੀ! ਉਹ (ਮੱਕੇ ਵਾਲੇ) ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਕੁੱਝ ਵੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ’ਤੇ ਸਬਰ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ ਦੀ, ਉਸਤਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਤਸਬੀਹ, ਸੂਰਜ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਰਜ ਡੁੱਬਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ, ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੋ।
