Surah The Pilgrimage [Al-Hajj] Ayah 78 Location Maccah Number 22
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ضُرِبَ مَثَلٞ فَٱسۡتَمِعُواْ لَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَن يَخۡلُقُواْ ذُبَابٗا وَلَوِ ٱجۡتَمَعُواْ لَهُۥۖ وَإِن يَسۡلُبۡهُمُ ٱلذُّبَابُ شَيۡـٔٗا لَّا يَسۡتَنقِذُوهُ مِنۡهُۚ ضَعُفَ ٱلطَّالِبُ وَٱلۡمَطۡلُوبُ [٧٣]
73. ¡Oh, gente! Se les expone un ejemplo, presten atención: Aquellos [ídolos] que invocan en vez de Dios no podrían crear ni una mosca, aunque todos se reunieran para ello. Y si una mosca les quitara algo [a los ídolos], ellos no podrían impedirlo. ¡Qué débil es el que invoca y qué débil es el invocado!
