Surah Council, Consultation [Ash-Shura] Ayah 53 Location Maccah Number 42
لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ [١٢]
12. Suyas son las llaves de los cielos y de la Tierra, concede Su sustento a quien Él quiere con abundancia o se lo restringe a quien quiere. Él lo sabe todo.
