Surah The Women [An-Nisa] Ayah 176 Location Madanah Number 4
وَٱلَّٰتِي يَأۡتِينَ ٱلۡفَٰحِشَةَ مِن نِّسَآئِكُمۡ فَٱسۡتَشۡهِدُواْ عَلَيۡهِنَّ أَرۡبَعَةٗ مِّنكُمۡۖ فَإِن شَهِدُواْ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ فِي ٱلۡبُيُوتِ حَتَّىٰ يَتَوَفَّىٰهُنَّ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ أَوۡ يَجۡعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلٗا [١٥]
15. Tomad el testimonio de cuatro hombres[132] para aquellas de vuestras mujeres que cometan fornicación o adulterio. Si testifican en su contra, recluidlas en sus casas de por vida o hasta que Al-lah les procure una salida (u otra sanción)[133].
