Surah Spoils of war, booty [Al-Anfal] Ayah 75 Location Madanah Number 8
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدُ وَهَاجَرُواْ وَجَٰهَدُواْ مَعَكُمۡ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ مِنكُمۡۚ وَأُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَرۡحَامِ بَعۡضُهُمۡ أَوۡلَىٰ بِبَعۡضٖ فِي كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمُۢ [٧٥]
75. Y quienes creyeron con posterioridad, emigraron y lucharon con vosotros, esos son de los vuestros. Mas los parientes cercanos tienen más derecho (a la herencia) que vuestros hermanos en la religión, según el decreto ordenado por Al-lah. Ciertamente, Al-lah tiene conocimiento sobre todas las cosas.
