Surah Jonah [Yunus] Ayah 109 Location Maccah Number 10
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُسَيِّرُكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا كُنتُمۡ فِي ٱلۡفُلۡكِ وَجَرَيۡنَ بِهِم بِرِيحٖ طَيِّبَةٖ وَفَرِحُواْ بِهَا جَآءَتۡهَا رِيحٌ عَاصِفٞ وَجَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡجُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٖ وَظَنُّوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ أُحِيطَ بِهِمۡ دَعَوُاْ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ لَئِنۡ أَنجَيۡتَنَا مِنۡ هَٰذِهِۦ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ [٢٢]
22. Él es Quien hace que puedan viajar por tierra y por mar. Y cuando se hallan a bordo de una embarcación y navegan con buen viento, se alegran; pero, si después sopla un viento tempestuoso y las olas los rodean por todas partes y creen que ha llegado su fin, invocan a Al-lah con una fe sincera diciéndole: “Si nos salvas de esta situación, seremos, sin duda alguna, agradecidos”.
