Surah The Story [Al-Qasas] Ayah 88 Location Maccah Number 28
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡعَثَ فِيٓ أُمِّهَا رَسُولٗا يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَاۚ وَمَا كُنَّا مُهۡلِكِي ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ إِلَّا وَأَهۡلُهَا ظَٰلِمُونَ [٥٩]
59. Y tu Señor no iba a destruir ningún pueblo (¡oh, Muhammad!) sin haber enviado antes un Mensajero a su ciudad principal para transmitirles Nuestra revelación[751]. Y solo los destruimos cuando sus habitantes son injustos (negando la verdad y desmintiendo a sus mensajeros).
