Surah The Women [An-Nisa] Ayah 176 Location Madanah Number 4
وَرَفَعۡنَا فَوۡقَهُمُ ٱلطُّورَ بِمِيثَٰقِهِمۡ وَقُلۡنَا لَهُمُ ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡبَابَ سُجَّدٗا وَقُلۡنَا لَهُمۡ لَا تَعۡدُواْ فِي ٱلسَّبۡتِ وَأَخَذۡنَا مِنۡهُم مِّيثَٰقًا غَلِيظٗا [١٥٤]
154. Y elevamos el monte sobre ellos (en señal de amenaza) para que cumplieran el pacto que habíamos concertado con ellos, y les dijimos: “Entren a la ciudad postrándose humildemente[167]”; y les dijimos: “No violen la ley del sábado[168]”. Y tomamos de ellos un firme compromiso.
