Surah Divorce [At-Talaq] Ayah 12 Location Madanah Number 65
أَسۡكِنُوهُنَّ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ سَكَنتُم مِّن وُجۡدِكُمۡ وَلَا تُضَآرُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُواْ عَلَيۡهِنَّۚ وَإِن كُنَّ أُوْلَٰتِ حَمۡلٖ فَأَنفِقُواْ عَلَيۡهِنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَضَعۡنَ حَمۡلَهُنَّۚ فَإِنۡ أَرۡضَعۡنَ لَكُمۡ فَـَٔاتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَأۡتَمِرُواْ بَيۡنَكُم بِمَعۡرُوفٖۖ وَإِن تَعَاسَرۡتُمۡ فَسَتُرۡضِعُ لَهُۥٓ أُخۡرَىٰ [٦]
6. Alójenlas donde puedan en vuestros hogares (durante su tiempo de espera) según sus posibilidades, y no las perjudiquen incomodándolas (para que los abandonen). Si están embarazadas, manténganlas hasta que den a luz; y si amamantan a sus hijos, denles una justa remuneración, y trátense de manera correcta. Mas si se perjudican mutuamente (y no llegan a un acuerdo acerca de la lactancia), que otra mujer amamante al niño (a costa del padre).
