Surah The Believers [Al-Mumenoon] Ayah 118 Location Maccah Number 23
وَأَنزَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءَۢ بِقَدَرٖ فَأَسۡكَنَّٰهُ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابِۭ بِهِۦ لَقَٰدِرُونَ [١٨]
మరియు మేము ఆకాశం నుండి ఒక పరిమాణంతో వర్షాన్ని (నీటిని) కురిపించాము, పిదప దానిని భూమిలో నిలువ జేశాము. మరియు నిశ్చయంగా, దానిని వెనక్కి తీసుకునే శక్తి మాకుంది.
