يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
O, dilediğine azabeder, dilediğini esirger. Ancak O’na döndürüleceksiniz.
