يَخۡتَصُّ بِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ [٧٤]
Rahmetini dilediğine ayırır. Allah üstün lütuf sahibidir.
