يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
ئاللاھ خالىغان ئادەمنى جازالايدۇ، خالىغان ئادەمگە رەھمەت قىلىدۇ، (قىيامەتتە) ئاللاھنىڭ دەرگاھىغا قايتۇرۇلىسىلەر[21].
